海湾大桥移动模架现浇梁施工技术

摘    要:移动模架逐孔向前法施工具有一次浇注量大、减少设备的拆装、移位次数,设备易于前移等优点,能够完成模板调整、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇注、张拉等一系列工艺。探讨了移动模架的制造、安装技术,施工效率高、速度快,可以使海湾大桥施工有效抵御恶劣条件影响,保证施工质量.缩短了工期。

Abstract:Movable framework's hole-by-hole forward construction method is characterized with advantages of large casting amount,reduction of disassembly of equipment and shift frequency,and easy operation for equipment forward.By this method,template adjustment,steel banding,concrete grouting and tension can be completed.
