沥青搅拌设备烘干筒物料颗粒运动分析

摘    要:为了探讨沥青搅拌设备烘干筒的性能,对沥青搅拌设备烘干简物料颗粒运动的影响因素进行了分析。针对烘干筒的工作区域.建立了物料颗粒运动的数学模型,研究了烘干筒倾角、转速、叶片数量的变化对运动轨迹和物料抛撤角的影响,并通过实践得到验证。

Abstract:In order to explore the performance of drying drum of asphalt mixing plant, the analysis on factors that affect the motion of material particles in drying drum was carried out. According to the partitions of working area of drying drum, the mathematical model for material particle motion was established. The varying of inclina- tion, rotating speed and vanes of drying drum's effect on the motion track and spraying angle of material was studied and then confirmed in practice.
