喷射钢纤混凝土支护隧道围岩的施工技术

摘    要:将钢纤维混凝土与其他混凝土的力学特性和性能进行对比分析,探讨钢纤维混凝土的技术原理;以工程实例为依托,对其施工关键技术作扼要介绍,证明采用喷射钢纤维混凝土支护隧道围岩能改善和提高工程构造物本身的结构参数、受力性能、防水性能、耐久性能、抗腐性能,符合新奥法的要求,具有一次性作为永久衬砌的应用前景。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and characteristics of steel fiber concrete and other concretes were compared and analyzed, and the technology theory of steel fiber concrete was discussed. Based on project practise the key construction technologies were introduced. The results show that supporting tunnel surrounding rock by steel fiber reinforced shotcrete can improve the structural parameters, mechanical property, waterproof property,durability and anti-corrosion property, which satisfies the requirement of ne...
