温拌工艺对胶粉沥青混合料路用性能影响

摘    要:针对温拌工艺对胶粉沥青混合料路用性能的影响作用,通过采用综合技术指标对比试验方法,系统研究了温拌剂掺量及拌和温度对胶粉沥青混合料空隙率和路用性能的影响规律,结果表明:掺加sasobit可显著降低胶粉沥青混合料的拌和温度.并在一定程度上提高其密实度及路用性能。

Abstract:Aimed at the influence of warm mixing technology on road performance of rubber asphalt mixture, the comparison test of comprehensive technical specifications was used to study the influence of dosage of warm mixing agent and mixing temperature on the porosity of rubber asphalt mixture and road performance. The results show that mixing Sasobit in rubber asphalt mixture can reduce mixing temperature and improve the density and road performance.
