摘    要:针对整体叶轮结构的复杂性,分析了国内外关于整体叶轮的制造加工技术,提出了一种新的整体叶轮五坐标数控加工关键技术.仿真算例表明,这种方法能够提高大型叶轮的五坐标数控加工效率,并改善叶片表面加工质量.

Abstract:Based on the study of the complicated shapes of integrated im-peller manufacturing technology, an automatic manufacturing technique of 5-axis NC machining was proposed. The simulated and experimental results show that, and improve using this algorithm can increase the work efficiency of the integrated impeller 5-axis NC machining the machining efficiency and quality of the surface.
