传动滚筒的有限元分析及优化

摘    要:对某型号的传动滚筒进行受力分析、建模和有限元分析,求出滚筒的应力分布;并通过在Matlab中对滚筒轴进行优化来降低轴的质量,利用优化结果重新建模,进行有限元分析。比较优化前后的应力变化情况,并分析其合理性,为传动滚筒的设计、制造提供一定的依据。

Abstract:The mechanical analysis,modeling and finite element analysis were done on a kind of driving drum to obtain the stress distribution.The drum shaft was optimized in Matlab software to reduce the shaft weight;using the optimization results,modeling and finite element analysis were done once more.The stress changes before and after optimization were compared,and the rationality was also analyzed.All the results can provide some basis for the driving drum design and manufacture.
