| 摘 要： | 江泽民“以德治国”重要思想的提出，对强化思想道德教育，维护国家稳定，推进国家发展，具有重大而深远的意义。中国自古以来就有以德育人、以德治国的优良传统。在现代社会条件下实现以德治国与以德育人，必须提高对道德价值的认识，强化公民教育，从严治党、以德治党，发挥共产党员以德示范作用。

| Abstract: | Jiang Ze min's thought of rule by virtue has profound and lasting significance to reinforce moral education, and maintain the stability and development of our country. Long ago in China there was a good tradition of moral education and rule by virtue. Under the morden social conditions, in order to realize the moral education and rule by virtue, we must improve the knowledge of moral value, strengthen civic education, run strictly the Party by moral, and give full pay to the moral model of the communist Party members. |
