锦屏引水隧洞底拱衬砌刮模施工技术

摘    要:引水隧洞底拱衬砌施工,存在混凝土气泡排放困难、外观质量差的问题,特别对半径10m以上的大断面,尤为严重。通过对锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞底拱衬砌的研究、咨询和现场实验,从方案比选、模板设计、配合比优化、混凝土实体浇注等方面进行完善,总结出锦屏引水隧洞底拱衬砌刮模施工技术,该技术能够克服混凝土表面气泡问题,满足施工质量及工期进度要求,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:During the construction of diversion tunnel invert lining, there exist some problems. For example, it is difficult to get rid of the concrete bubble and the quality of the appearance is very poor, especially for the large section whose radius is more than 10m. Through researching , consulting and experimenting on the site of the diversion tunnel invert lining of the Jinping 2 Hydropower Station, the thesis perfects the comparison and selection of the program, the template design, the op- timized mixture ratio and the casting of concrete entities and others, and summarizes the invert lining scratch mold construc- tion technology of Jinping diversion tunnel which is able to overcome the issues of the bubble on the concrete surface and meets the quality of construction and the requirements of the construction duration, and then achieves good economic results.
