摘    要:国外已成功修建多条海底隧道,发展了很多成熟的施工技术,其中注浆技术也得到了广泛应用,但是在特殊复杂地质条件下修建隧道则面临诸多困难。国内钻爆法修建山岭隧道施工技术成熟,采用注浆法处理复杂地质条件方面,隧道工程界已经积累了不少的经验。但国内采用钻爆法修建海底隧道的例子相对较少,高水压海水环境下注浆技术的研究及相关施工经验相对匮乏。胶州湾隧道,处于高压海水环境下,且穿越数条断层破碎带,地质条件复杂,在施工过程中极易发生坍塌、突水突泥等事故,给安全施工带来很大的困难,甚至影响到施工人员的生命安全。因此,结合胶州湾隧道工程,对海域段注浆施工风险进行分析,并提出风险应对措施,可为以后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Foreign countries have successfully built a number of subsea tunnels and developed many mature construction technologies, in which grouting technique has been widely used. But the construction of tunnel under complex geological conditions is faced with many difficulties. The construction of drill and blast method to build mountain tunnel is mature in our country. Using grouting method to handle complex geological conditions, the tunnel engineering has already gained a lot of experience. However, with a very limited number of subsea tunnels using drill and blast method, grouting technology research and related construction experience in highpressure water environments is relatively insufficient. Jiaozhouwan tunnel, which is in a high-pressure water environment, and across several fault fracture zones, has complex geological conditions. During construction, it is very likely to meet collapsing, water and mud burst, and other sudden accidents, which would affect the construction safety, and even endanger the lives of construction workers. In this paper, combining Jiaozhouwan subsea tunnel project, the risk of grouting in water is analyzed and risk control measures are given, which would be of reference value to similar projects.
