摘    要:本文基于中国船级社疲劳指南中散货船的总体要求,结合大型矿砂船结构布置与实际装载模式的特点,建立了针对矿砂船复杂节点的疲劳强度评估方法。通过对实船装载数据的统计,提出了适用于疲劳评估的典型装载工况及各工况静水弯矩系数、时间分配系数和相关运动参数的推荐值。基于本文的评估方法,对三型矿砂船复杂节点的结构疲劳寿命进行了分析,筛选得到矿砂船疲劳评估的关键位置,并总结了共性规律。本文研究工作可为大型矿砂船疲劳强度评估提供参考。

Abstract:Fatigue analysis method for complex structure details of Very Large Ore Carrier (VLOC) is established, based on the overall requirements for bulk carriers of Fatigue Strength Guideline for Ship Hull Structures developed by China Classification Society, as well as concerning characteristics of structural layout and actual loading patterns. Through loading statistics of several VLOCs, loading conditions and values of corresponding bending moment reduction coefficient, fraction of time, and ship motion parameters for fatigue assessment are recommended. Based on the method, fatigue life analysis of complex structure details for three VLOCs are conducted and critical positions are screened according to the results. This study may provide references for fatigue strength evaluation for VLOC.
