| 摘 要： | 以新发展理念为指导，针对港城发展一般规律进行分析，对港口总体规划与城市衔接中需要考虑的重点问题进行思考；结合大连港太平湾港区、钦州港大榄坪港区规划工作，采用一体化规划方法进行了实践；提出对港城规划工作的意见与建议。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of new development concept,we analyze the general rule of port-city development,discuss key matters to be considered in the integration of port master planning and city planning.we focus on key issues of the connection of port general planning and city planning,practice the key solutions combining the planning of Dalian port Taipingwan harbor area and Qinzhou port Dalanping harbor area,and propose the advice and suggestions on port-city planning. |
