摘    要:金属磁记忆检测对金属构件的早期失效和寿命评估具有重要意义。文中分析了磁记忆检测的原理及设备,通过对X70管线钢拉伸行为的磁记忆检测应用试验,总结了磁场和应力集中的变化规律,实现了对材料内部应力集中区的定位和分析。文中的研究结果,可以有效指导管道的磁记忆检测及安全评价。

Abstract:The method of metal magnetic memory(MMM)testing is very effective for the early invalidation detection and the service life estimation of metal construction.This paper introduces the working principles and equipment of metal magnetic memory testing.Working on the tensile strength of X70 pipe steel,a regular pattern of magnetic field and stress concentration has been summed up through experiments.Therefore,the stress concentration area inside a material can be precisely located and analyzed.The results of th...
