电力机车车体结构优化分析

摘    要:以新设计某型电力机车为例,利用ANSYS软件建立了电力机车车体结构的有限元模型,并针对机车车体设计中的强度、刚度考核工况,以合理化的车体结构钢板厚度为设计变量,以车体结构的应力、位移需满足的高速试验列车动力车强度及动力学规范等为状态变量,以车体质量最小为目标函数,对车体进行了全面的轻量化优化设计分析,并对优化设计后的车体结构进行了强度、刚度及模态的分析校核,结果表明各项计算结果均符合标准要求。

Abstract:The finite element model of the electric locomotive car-body was established based on ANSYS in the case of some locomotives,and a thorough optimization analysis had been carried out to reduce the mass of the car-body to the minimum with reasonable plate thickness as design variables.The stress,displacements,strengths should meet the requirement of the standards of the high-speed locomotive as status variables,and the mass of the car-body as objective function.In the end,the calculation results show that the strength,the rigidity and the dynamic characteristics of the car-body meet all standard requirements.
