摘    要:针对适用于水下的6英寸非金属粘结性RTP管,设计了新型的楔块夹紧式接头。使用SolidWorks软件进行了结构设计,并基于有限元理论建立了有限元分析模型,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压和轴向拉伸条件下进行静态分析。得到了该新型楔块夹紧式接头系统在极限工作内压条件下的Von Mises应力、接触应力和剪切应力,并按照DNV设计规范对接头所受应力进行校核,验证了新型楔块夹紧式接头系统的设计可行性与结构可靠性,同时探究了该楔块夹紧式接头在设计制造以及安装时遇到的一些问题,给出了相关的设计、加工、安装和使用方面的建议,为国内水下油气管线的发展和使用提供帮助。

New Wedge-clamp Type End-fitting Design and Finite Element Analysis for Underwater Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe
Abstract:A new wedge-clamp type end-fitting have been designed which aimed at to fitting the 6 inch non-metal bounded reinforced thermoplastic pipe. Structure design has been made, with the use of the SolidWorks software. Based on the finite element method, the model for a staic finite element analysis of this new type end-fitting system was built by ABAQUS under extreme limit working inner pressure load and axial tension load conditions. The Von Mises stress, contact stress and shear stress of this new wedge-clamp type end-fitting system on extreme limit working inner pressure have been obatined. The design feasibility and structural reliability of this new wedge-clamp type end-fitting have been verified according to DNV design specification. At the same time, some problems have been discussed, during the laying proccess, installation and working condition of this new wedge-clamp type end-fitting system. Some guidance about end-fitting intallstion, operation and service have been made, which are useful for the development of underwater oil gas pipeline in China.
