| Abstract: | The main span of Huangcao Wujiang River Bridge is currently the longest span(among) those of double-track railway bridges in China,and the foundation of main pier No.2 of the Bridge is also designed as the largest diameter socketed foundation in the country.In this paper,the construction techniques for the foundation are mainly presented to provide helpful experience and reference for the construction of foundation works of similar kind. |
