基于Fluent通信车加装气动发电机组储气罐的建模与仿真

摘    要:介绍了气动发电机组和通信车相结合的通信车供电保障,为解决结合引起外形改变所带来的安全行驶问题,提出两种结合方案。用三维CAD软件SolidWorks为两种方案建立数值计算模型,然后利用Fluent软件分别对两种模型进行外部压力和流场模拟。根据两种模型中通信车底部和尾部的涡流、气流强度两方面的对比分析得出最优的结合方案。

Abstract:Introduced the compressed-air generating sets combined with communication vehicle that could provide a kind of new and more dependable power supply for communication vehicle. For resolving the safety driving problem of the shape changing caused by the combining, put forward two kinds of combining project. After using the 3D CAD software SolidWorks established numerical calculation models for two projects, then made use of the Fluent software to carry on the exterior pressure and flow simulation for two kinds of models respectively. Through contrasting and analyzing the intensity of airflow and vortex flow of the bottom and tail of the correspondence car, obtained an optimization combining subject from two models.
