车用柴油机放热规律与燃烧噪声的关系

摘    要:对1台车用高速高压共轨柴油机进行了不同负荷、不同转速以及不同喷射参数工况下的缸内压力测试,通过分析燃烧放热规律对气缸压力变化的影响,对燃烧放热规律与燃烧噪声的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明:燃烧噪声不仅与最高气缸压力和最大压力升高率有关,还与各自相位的间隔有关;负荷对发动机燃烧噪声的影响较大,转速对燃烧噪声的影响主要体现在频率范围变化;通过改变喷射参数可以改变柴油机的燃烧噪声水平。

Abstract:The in-cylinder pressure of a high-pressure common rail diesel engine was measured in different load,different speeds and different injection parameters.The influence of heat release rate on cylinder pressure was analyzed and the relationship between heat release rate and combustion noise was further researched.The results show that the combustion noise relates not only with the maximum cylinder pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate,but also with the interval between their corresponding timing.The influence of load on combustion noise is great and the influence of speed on combustion noise exhibits mainly with the frequency change.The combustion noise of diesel engine can be improved by adjusting the injection parameters.
