摘    要:分析了潜孔锤钻进、排渣工艺的能量守恒通式,结合湖北通城至湖南平江高速公路边坡拳300mm大孔径微型抗滑桩施工,介绍了设备选型、施工工艺对地质环境条件的调控方法,提出了潜孔锤成孔的极限成孔结构.设计的潜孔锤施工最佳工况对平台微型抗滑桩机械成孔作业具有指导意义.

Abstract:The conservation of energy on the discharge process with DTH hammer in the borehole construction is analyzed. Combined with the experience of the diameter 300 mm miniature anti-slide pile borehole construction in the slope for highway from Tongcheng (Hubei province) to Pingjiang(Hunan Province),the paper introduced the geological en- vironment condition control method by equipment selection and construction technolo- gy. The extreme structure of borehole construction was put forward. Then it was de- signed under the optimum condition of borehole construction with DTH hammer. This can be as a guidance to the borehole construction with drilling rig of miniature anti-slide pile on the slope platform.
