摘    要:开发了柴油机燃烧过程实车测试系统,分别在羊八井地区和北京地区进行实车试验。原位空载条件下测试了某大功率柴油机8种转速时的示功图和燃油消耗量,并对两地区柴油机最高燃烧压力、燃油消耗量、放热率、指示热效率和燃烧效率进行了对比分析。结果表明,柴油机在高原地区的燃烧具有以下特点:最高燃烧压力比平原地区低1~2.4 MPa,对应相位滞后;燃油消耗量高2~10 kg/h;燃烧速率降低,燃烧过程滞后;指示热效率为25.2%~30.7%,较平原地区低17.5%~20.5%;燃烧效率为77.2%~85.3%,较平原地区低13.6%~20%。

Abstract:A real vehicle testing system of combustion process for diesel engine was developed,which was tested by the real vehicle test in Yangbajing and Beijing.Under the unmoving and no-load conditions of vehicle,the indicator diagram and fuel consumption of diesel engine were tested at 8 kinds of speed.The maximum combustion pressure,fuel consumption,heat release rate,indicated thermal efficiency and combustion efficiency in two places were compared.The results show that the maximum combustion pressure in plateaus is 1-2.4 MPa lower than that in plains and its corresponding phase falls behind.The fuel consumption in plateaus is 2-10 kg/h higher than that in plains.The combustion rate is lower and the combustion process falls behind.The indicated thermal efficiency in plateaus is 25.2%-30.7%,which is 17.5%-20.5%lower than that in plains.The combustion efficiency is 77.2%-85.3%,which is 13.6%-20%lower than that in plains.
