天然气发动机控制器驱动软件设计

摘    要:分析了天然气发动机电控系统结构和功能,开发了天然气发动机ECU的驱动软件。设计了天然气发动机ECU硬件抽象层,其中可配置的输入输出硬件抽象可以实现ECU匹配不同的传感器。可配置的发动机运行时序对机械系统具有通用性;实现了ECU通信程序的复用以及对程序空间的合理分配。设计的天然气发动机控制器在天然气发动机台架上进行了试验验证,试验结果表明ECU驱动软件稳定可靠,可以实现稳定的控制功能,发动机在中高速大负荷工况经济性好,适合重型车的需求。

Abstract:The structure and function of compressed natural gas(CNG) engine was analyzed.The driver software of CNG ECU was developed.The hardware abstraction layer of ECU was designed.The configurable input/output hardware abstraction was designed to match ECU with different sensors.The configurable ignition sequence could make ECU universal for different mechanical systems.The reuse of communication program and the reasonable allocation of program space were realized.Finally,the designed controller was tested on a CNG bench.The results show that the driver software is stable and reliable,which realize the stable control.With the software,CNG engine has a good fuel economy at medium and high speed,which meets the demand of heavy-duty vehicle.
