结合天津港石油化工码头输油管路上双金属温度计损坏的情况,分析管路系统变化时的阻力、 受力及振动,得出了温度计损坏原因和解决办法,并对如何减小局部阻力提出了建议。

On Pressure and Resistance to Oil Line System

Oil line system is the link between oil tanker and oil during the handling operation on an oil terminal. Most of the problems occurred in the line may be analyzed from the pressure to the line and the variation of velocity. Therefore, studying the pressure is one of the main aspects to improve oil transfer efficiency and cut down accidents. On the basis of damaged bimetal thermometer of the oil terminal of Tianjin Port, the resistance, stress and vibration in case of variation of the line system is analyzed. Then, the cause of the thermometer damage and its handling method is obtained. And finally,how to cut down local resistance is proposed.
