4120SG型柴油机曲轴系统动力学仿真与分析

摘    要:利用ADAMS软件分别建立了4120SG型柴油机曲轴刚性和柔性动力学模型.对模型进行动力学仿真,得到柴油机主轴承载荷和活塞侧推力等数据,并针对两种系统分别进行了特性分析.通过分析得到以下结论:将曲轴视为柔性体,考虑曲轴的耦合作用可提高模型动力学仿真的精度.

Abstract:The rigid and flexible dynamical model for the diesel engine crankshaft system have been built based on ADAMS/Engine. The dynamical characteristic data of the two crankshaft system calculated by model simulation are analyzed and compared respectively.Besides,according to the above analysis,the result shows that taking the crankshaft as the flexible body will obviously improve the accuracy of simulation.
