基于博弈论下地铁工程合同管理需加强研究的问题

地铁工程与铁路、市政、公路、房建等工程相比，其建设与管理经验相对比较少。此文着重从合同管理的角度，列举地铁工程合同管理中应加强研究的问题，并通过分析博弈论与合同管理的关系，提出了一些对策和建议，供地铁建设管理借鉴及新开工建设的地铁公司在合同管理中参考。

Issues of metro project contract management under game theory to be studied with more efforts

As compared to railway engineering, municipal engineering, highway engineering and architectural engineering, metro engineering is less experienced in construction and management. This article cites, mainly from the angle of contract management, the problems to be studied with more efforts, and puts forward some countermeasures and recommendations through the analysis of the relationship between the game theory and the contract management, which provides reference to the metro construction ＆ management and also to the contract management by the metro company of which metro construction is newly started.
