| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车金属卤化物光源与卤钨光源的对比,阐述了汽车金属卤化物光源的特点及优越性;展示了各类型汽车金属卤化物灯的基本构造、电弧管的基本结构;介绍了光源的主要生产工艺流程。汽车前照灯作为光学系统对气体放电光源的光束形状和光通分布有严格的要求。列举了相关标准中对电弧尺寸和形状、电极位置、尺寸和距离以及电弧管形状等的规定。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the characteristic and advantage of automotive metal halide light source compared with the automotive tungsten halide light source,displays the basic structure of different kinds of automotive metal halide lamp and electric arc tube,and introduces the main production procedure of light source.The headlamp have strict requirement on beam pattern and light flux distribution of gas discharge light source.This paper also exemplifies the specification of electric arc dimension and shape;electrode position,dimension and distance;the shape of electric arc tube in relevant standard. |
