长大隧道敞开式掘进机施工中的同步衬砌研究

TBM施工长大隧道时，通常情况下都是掘进贯通之后，再施作二次模筑混凝土作为永久支护，而这样往往制约总工期。结合新疆吐库二线中天山隧道施工实践，从同步衬砌台车的设计选型、施工组织、工序协调等方面入手，通过台车设计方案与施工组织的优化，实现了掘进，附属洞室、二次衬砌同步施工，可供同类施工参考。

When the TBM is used in the long tunnel, it is usually boring through the tunnel and then conduct a second concrete mold as the permanent supporting. But the method often constraints the total duration. Combined with the construction practice of the Zhongtianshan tunnel of the Xinjiang Turpan No. 2 line, the thesis discusses the issues from the views of the selection and design of the simultaneous lining trolley, the organization of construction and coordination of procedures. With the optimized trolley design program and organization of construction, we can realize the simultaneous construction of the boring, sub chamber and secondary lining.
