内异消方剂对子宫内膜异位症不孕患者子宫内膜上皮细胞整合素亚单位β_3表达的影响

目的观察中药内异消方剂对整合素亚单位β3、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)不孕患者子宫内膜上皮细胞中表达的影响。方法EM不孕患者50例,随机分为内异消治疗组30例,丹哪唑对照组20例,治疗前后应用免疫组织化学方法检测种植窗期子宫内膜上皮细胞TNF-α、整合素亚单位β3表达情况。结果整合素亚单位β3在子宫内膜上皮细胞的表达于治疗后两组均明显提高且两组之间具有显著性差异;TNF-α的表达两组均于治疗后明显降低,但两组之间无显著性差异。结论内异消方剂可通过调节子宫内膜的接受性(增强整合素亚单位β3的表达)来提高EM不孕患者的受孕率。

Effect of Nei Yi Xiao formula on the expression of integrin subunits β3 in endometrial epithelial cells of infertility patients with endometriosis

Objective To observe the effects of Nei Yi Xiao formula on expression of integrins subunits β_3 and tumor necrotic factor alpha(TNF-a) in endometrial epithelial cells of infertility patients with endometriosis.Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into two groups: Nei Yi Xiao treated group(30 cases) and danazol control group(20 cases).Immunohistochemical method was used to test the expression of integrin subunits β_3 and TNF-α in endometrial epithelial cells at implantation phase before and after administration of Nei Yi Xiao.Results The expressions of integrins subunits β_3 in endometrial epithelial cells increased significantly in two groups after administration and significant difference was found between two groups(P<0.05).The expressions of TNF-α significantly decreased after treatment and no significant difference was found between two groups.Conclusion Nei Yi Xiao formula is able to regulate the uterine receptivity by increasing the expressions of integrin subunits β_3 in endometrial epithelial cells to increase the pregnancy rate of infertility patients with endometriosis.
