摘    要:简要介绍75m跨连续箱梁预拱度设计、箱梁节段预制高精度几何线型控制技术和几何数据采集及控制,说明预制箱梁时预制单元的定位,几何控制测点的布置及测量容许误差控制指导原则以及预制过程中的误差调整方法。

Abstract:The authors describe in their paper the design of the pre-camber of the 75-m long continuous box girders, the geometric linear technique to control the precision of precasting of segments of the box girders and the collection and control of geometric data. The authors also illustrate the setting of the precasting segments, arrangement of geometric reference points and the guiding principle for controlling the allowable error in surveys as well as the methods for compensation and correction of error during the prefabrication of the box girders.
