| 摘 要： | 用淀粉对聚乙烯醇缩甲醛进行改性,制得了一种新型胶粘剂.讨论了尿素用量、酸的浓度、pH值、缩合温度、淀粉用量、固含量对胶粘剂粘度的影响.该胶粘剂适用于煤堆及垃圾的覆盖,它具有初粘性强、耐水性好、储存稳定、制备和使用简便等优点.

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new adhesive is prepared,which is polyvinyl formal modified by starch.The effects of urea capacity,acid concentration,pH value,condensation temperature,starch capacity and solide amount on the viscosity of the adhesive are discussed.The adhesive is suitable for cover of coal heap and rubbish heap.Its advantages are good bonding strength,water resistance,long storage stability,simple preparation and convenient use. |
