摘    要:针对国内铁路客运专线双线混凝土箱梁运输和架设的需要,研制TLC900型运梁车。该车由车架、悬挂、枕梁、动力舱和驾驶室等组成,最大额定载重量为900 t,能够配合多种形式的铁路客运专线架桥机完成协同作业。运梁车的驱动、转向、悬挂和支腿等操作均采用电液比例控制。驱动的控制系统采用闭式液压回路,解决了运梁车行走过程中轮胎差速、差力和发动机匹配等问题;转向、悬挂和支腿的控制系统采用闭芯式负荷传感液压系统,结构紧凑,可控性好,节能。运梁车的电气控制系统采用基于CAN总线的PLC控制系统,解决了机械传动与控制系统的信息综合和分散控制问题。同时,运梁车还具有自动辅助驾驶、遥控、定位和防撞、故障报警与诊断等智能化系统。

Abstract:In view of the requirement of double-line concrete girder transport and overlaying for domestic passenger dedicated line,TLC900 girder transport vehicle has been researched and developed.TLC900 girder transport vehicle is composed of frame,bogies,corbels,power cabin and cabs.The maximum rated load is 900 t,which can cooperate with many kinds of bridge machine for the passenger dedicated line to complete corresponding works.The operations of drive,steering,suspension,and kickstand of girder transport vehicle are driven by electro-hydraulic proportional control system.The close hydraulic system is adopted for drive,and such problems as tyre speed difference,tyre driving force difference,and the matching of engine in the course of driving girder transport vehicle have been solved.The close-type load-sensing hydraulic system is used for steering, suspension,and kickstand,which makes the system structure compact,optimizes the controllability and saves energy.CAN bus is developed in the electronic control system,and the questions of mechanical drive and control system information integration and disperse control have been solved.At the same time,girder transport vehicle also has such intelligent systems as automatic assistance driving,the remote control,positioning,anti-collision,fault alarm and fault diagnosis etc.
