| Abstract: | The safety in collision and the collision resistance are described. The main research works on safety in collision of railway locomotives and rolling stock in Europe and the United States in the recent 20 years are reviewed, the standards relating to safety in collision abroad are summarized, so as to provide reference for setting up standards for safety in collision in China and the development of the relevant scientific and research works. |
