摘    要:以车用493ZQ型小型高速增压柴油机为研究对象,系统分析了其表面辐射噪声分布特性。研究中发现,对气门罩盖和齿轮室盖薄壁部件处施加约束阻尼,采用复合结构,可以有效抑制发声部件的高频段辐射噪声;而将正时机构由正时齿轮传动改为同步齿形带传动,可以大大改善前端测点的500Hz以上中、高频辐射噪声。综合运用文中的降噪措施,标定工况时整机噪声A声功率级降低了2.5dB。

Abstract:The distribution characteristics of surface radiated noise of a small and high speed automotive diesel engine 493ZQ are analyzed.The study indicates that applying constrained damping to thin-walled components such as valve cover and timing gear cover and adopting compound structure can effectively suppress high frequency radiated noise of these components;Changing the drive of timing mechanism from timing gear to notched belt can greatly reduce the high and medium frequency(higher than 500 Hz) radiated noise at front measuring point of the engine.Combining all above measures can reduce the noise power level of complete engine by 2.5 dB(A) at rated power mode.
