沿海发达地区村庄用地构成与用地控制——以青岛胶南市为例

通过对青岛胶南市若干村庄进行的调研,运用科学的技术方法对村庄用地构成进行了统计、整理与分析,从中梳理出村庄规模与宅基地、道路用地、巷路用地的相关性。在对用地构成分析的基础上,提出对村庄用地进行规模控制的概念,从而为控制、引导村庄建设规模提供更科学、合理的研究方法。
