摘    要:针对桥梁养护工程中橡胶支座的更换问题,采用数字同步控制整体顶升技术进行不中断交通的橡胶支座更换。全面分析了该项技术的基本原理、工艺流程,探讨了桥梁顶升过程中需要注意的关键问题和措施,为今后在不中断交通下的桥梁整体顶升更换支座提供参考。

Application of Digital Synchronization Control Integrated Lifting in Replacement of Full Bridge Support
Abstract:Based on replacement of rubber support in bridge maintenance project,digital synchronization control integrated lifting technology is adopted for rubber support replacement in uninterrupted traffic.The basic principle and process flow of this technology are fully analyzed and key problems and measures needed to be paid attention to during the process of bridge lifting are discussed,thus providing references for support replacement of bridge integrated lifting in uninterrupted traffic in the future.
