摘    要:目前,国内磁粉探伤常用A型灵敏度试片的显示来表征探伤系统灵敏度,衡量磁化工艺参数。经试验,机车车辆轴承磁粉探伤时,由于轴承钢具有高矫顽力,灵敏度试片只能显示磁场方向,不能真实反映磁化工艺参数,应采用实物试块。

Abstract:Usually, A-type calibration piece is used to token the sensitivity of magnetic powder flaw detection system,and scale the parameter of magnetization technics. When rolling-stock bearing is inspected by magnetic powder flaw detection system, A-type calibration piece can only show the magnetic field distribution, can't show the true parameters of magnetization technics due to the high coercivity of bearing steel. The actual calibration block should be adopted.
