摘    要:减速顶在线检测车通过检测车在编组场路线上走行,对在线应用的减速顶状态和相应的参数进行实时检测。具有一次检测数量大、效率高、适应性好、检测手段先进合理、检测方法科学的特点。针对变频调速技术在该项目上应用,介绍了通过SIEMENSMICROMASTER430变频器实现变频调速和传动控制的原理、调试要点。

Abstract:Retarder online testing car can test performing condition and parameter of operating retarder. There are a lot of characteristic such as great testing amount, high efficiency , well adaptability , advanced and reasonable testing measure. This article presents principle of frequency conversion for speed control and drive control with SIEMENS MICROMASTER 430 meanwhile key point of debugging and technology difficulty how to solve also to be presented.
