高等级公路生态环境影响评价指标体系的建立

摘    要:以陕西铜黄公路建设工程为依托,开展黄土高原路域生态环境指标体系研究,提出黄土高原路域生态环境指标体系包括4个中类指标和17个基础指标。四个中类指标分别是:生态工程设计指标、土地资源指标、生物资源指标和科学管理指标。指标体系引入科学管理和生态工程设计,突出了有关政策法规的执行和落实,强调生态补偿与治理效果.体现了清洁生产、预防为主、防胜于治的基本思想。

Establishment of Highway Index Ecological Impact Assessment System

Abstract:Based on the Tongehuan-Huangling highway construction project, the study on ecological impact assessment index system of highway construction in loess area is carried out. Four medium level indicators and seventeen basic level indicators are embodied in the index system as a whole. The medium level indicators are ecological engineering design, soil resource, biological resource and scientific management. With the introducing of index of eeologieal engineering design and scientific management, the system stands out the execution and fulfillment of concerned policies and statutes, emphasizes the effect of ecological retrievement and management, and materializes the basic idea of cleansing production and prevention first.
