摘    要:近年来结构健康监测技术不断发展,现已成熟应用于桥梁、隧道、船舶以及海洋平台等结构物的健康监测中,但面向铺管船托管架结构健康监测技术的应用研究仍处于空白状态。在此研究背景下,本文以某铺管船为例,研究开发了一套适用于铺管船托管架的结构作业动态监测及预警系统,实现了对托管架结构健康实时和科学的监测。为保证监测系统的安全性,进行了防护密封方案研究,并通过模型试验验证了方案的可靠性。最后通过海上测试采集监测数据,对实测数据进行分析,确保托管架的安全性。

Research and Application of Dynamic Monitoring System for A Stinger of Pipelaying Vessel
Abstract:in recent years, with the continuous development of structural health monitoring technology, it has been widely used in the health monitoring of bridges, tunnels, ships and offshore platforms. but the application of health monitoring technology for the pipelaying vessel stinger is still in a blank state. this paper studies and develops a dynamic monitoring and warning system for the structural operation of the stinger, which realizes the real-time and scientific monitoring of the structural health of the stinger. At the same time, the monitoring equipment is mostly electronic components. In order to ensure the safety of the monitoring system, the protective sealing scheme is studied, and the reliability of the scheme is verified by model test. Finally, the monitoring data are collected by the sea test, and the measured data are analyzed to ensure the safety of the stinger.
