摘    要:海洋强国战略驱动下,深海油田的勘探与开发需要FPSO具备更强的系泊能力,其中转塔式单点系泊系统能够更好地保证作业安全。通过专利分析的方法,聚焦技术角度,梳理归纳了全球FPSO转塔领域的技术发展脉络。研究发现,目前转塔领域技术发展具有较强的阶段性。内转塔技术关注点主要为:转塔与锚泊、转塔与立管、转塔与浮筒、转塔与船体;外转塔的技术关注点主要为:外转塔的结构、安全性监测与防护。企业今后在内转塔方面应重点关注转塔结构和立管、锚链、浮筒、轴承之间的相关交叉技术,外转塔方面应更多关注高效作业的外转塔结构及其安全性。

Technology Development in FPSO Turret Field
Abstract:Driven by the strategy of marine power construction, the exploration and development of deep-sea oil fields require FPSOs to have better mooring capabilities. The turret single-point mooring system can better ensure the safety of operations. By means of patent analysis and focusing on technology, the development of global FPSO turret technology is summarized. The study found that the current technological development in the field of turrets has a strong phase. The main concerns of the internal turret technology are turret and mooring, turret and riser, turret and buoy, turret and vessel. The main technical concerns of external turret are the structure and safety monitoring and protection of the external turret. In the future, the enterprise should focus on the relevant cross-techniques between the turret and the riser, anchor chain, buoy, and bearing system. From the perspective of the external turret enterprise should pay more attention to the structure and safety of the outer turret for efficient operation.
