摘    要:为了有效地提高车务段的管理水平,需对所辖各中间站的工作效率进行评价。传统的DEA方法可以确定铁路中间站的有效单元,但不能实现有效单元的排序。结合中间站运输生产的特点,提出了基于理想点法(Ideal Point Method,IPM)DEA模型的中间站运营效率分析方法,运用LINGO9.0软件编程进行求解,获得了各中间站运用效率的排序,弥补了DEA计算结果有效单元较多的问题。最后利用实例验证了该模型的有效性、科学性,分析结果表明:IPM-DEA模型基本能够反映决策单元运营效率的现实状况。

Abstract:It is necessary to evaluate the operation officiency of intermediary stations for improving management level.The traditional DEA model can confirm efficiency DMU of intermediary stations,however,this model cannot order DMU.IPM-DEA model is advanced for operation efficiency analysis combined with railway transportation.Then the order of intermediary stations efficiency is acquired by LINGO9.0,which makes the DMU being more efficiency.Finally a case study was carried out to verify the validity,objectivity and applicability of this model through practical data analysis.The test results show that IPM-DEA can reflect existing reality of DMU.
