高职教师课堂教学质量的评价方法研究

摘    要:根据高职院校的课堂教学特点,首先构建了具有高职特色的教学质量评价指标体系;然后,利用主成分分析法对评教数据进行数学处理,求得各主成分和综合因子的得分,并对教师的教学质量与师德师表进行量化评价;最后,利用第一、第二主成分的得分聚类图,实现了对教学质量的定性评判。结果表明,主成分分析法提高了教学质量评价的科学性和合理性。

Abstract:In this paper, it was presented that teachers" teaching quality was evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA). Firstly, according to the characteristic of vocational colleges" classroom teaching, the evaluation indices for teaching quality were created; then, the data of teaching evaluation were processed by using principal component analysis. According to the scores of different principal component and comprehensive factor, the teaching quality was evaluated quantitatively. Based on the scores of PCA1 and PCA2, the teaching quality was evaluated qualitatively. As shown in this paper, PCA can be used to evaluate the teaching quality reasonably and accurately, and is an effective and scientific evaluation method.
