| 摘 要： | 根据我国法律法规的有关规定,对制定物流仲裁规则的基本原则、框架等问题进行探讨。物流仲裁规则应体现遵守法律法规的原则,充分体现当事人意思自治原则,公平、合理原则,独立仲裁原则,简便性、效率性原则,一裁终局和申诉相结合原则,仲裁与调解相结合原则等。物流仲裁规则的框架应包括,物流仲裁总则、物流仲裁程序分则和物流仲裁规则附则等相关内容。

| Abstract: | According to China's relevant laws and regulations,logistics arbitration rules for the formulation of the basic principles,the framework and other issues were discussed.The basic principles of abiding by the laws and regulations should be reflected in the principles of logistics arbitration rules,and fully embodies the principle of party autonomy,fair,reasonable,an independent arbitrator,simplicity,efficiency,and a final appeal and arbi- tration combination,combining the principles of arbitration and conciliation.Arbitration Rules of the framework should include logistics arbitration general,Logistics arbitration rules of arbitration procedures and logistics sup- plement and other related content. |
