摩托车铝合金车轮模具设计改进

摘    要:摩托车铝合金车轮基本采用金属型重力铸造,重力铸造模具为达到补缩,需要在模具上设计很多冒口。根据生产毛坯称重,冒口的质量占总车轮毛坯质量的30%左右,铝水利用率很低,增加了铝耗和能耗。通过对铝水凝固顺序的研究,对模具进行了改进设计,增加了点冷或保温工艺,在确保车轮质量的同时,提高了原材料的利用,降低了成本。

Abstract:Most aluminum-alloy motorcycle wheels are produced with metal gravity casting. More risers are needed on models to achieve the shrinkage effect. The weight of riser accounts for about 30% of the total weight of semi-finished wheel. The utilization of aluminum is low and the cost of aluminum is high. The improvement of model is conducted based on the research on the solidification of aluminum. With the holding technology, the utilization of materials is improved and the cost is reduced.
