蒸汽管线直埋过河难点及解决方案

摘    要:蒸汽管道直埋过河在设计和施工工艺方面困难较大,存在着较高的安全风险。主要难点在疏水井设置、直埋部分的工艺处理、开挖及回填3个方面。通过采用混凝土及沉井施工技术,解决了疏水井施工及防水的问题。通过在手动疏水阀上安装小轴传动装置,确保了操作人员的安全。采用管道增强防腐措施,以及毛石压管回填的办法,可以延长管道的使用寿命,防止浮管发生。

Abstract:Buried steam pipelines crossing river are different from general buried steam pipes.The design and construction process are difficult,and the security risk is high.Main difficulties are in the condensate well setting,buried parts processing and excavation backfill.Through the concrete and sinking-well construction technology,problems of steam trap well construction and waterproof problems are solved.By installing the trasmission gear for small shafts,the safety operation is ensured.Pipe anticorrosion measure and the pressure of backfill rubble can prolong the service life of the pipeline and prevent the pipe floating.
