| 摘 要： | 针对目前应用最广泛的项目进度计划技术（关键路线法）所存在的问题，提出了关键链技术，通过设置项目缓冲区、输入缓冲区和资源缓冲区，来达到项目进度整体最优，减少延误，保证项目工期．并运用实例进行了分析．

| Abstract: | Aiming at problems existing in the critical path method(CPM) of the project progress management,the critical chain method(CCM) is presented.Through the exploiting of the project buffer,the input buffer and the resouce buffer,the project progress can be optimized on the whole and the delay also be decreased.Therefore,the project schedule is guaranteed.And a application using CCM is analyzed. |
