西安市交通信息综合平台构建研究

本文结合西安市交通实际提出了交通信息综舍平台构建的必要性，建立了交通综合信息平台框架。该平台旨在采集与交通有关的数据信息，组织处理为共享信息，应用于政策制定、交通管理以及市民查询。本文重点探讨了数据采集系统和信息发布系统。从交通信息种类、数据采集设施以及在西安市现状条件下的布设方案等三个方面阐述了数据采集系统。从信息的获取方式和种类、信息显示终端以及结合西安市的布设方案等方面阐述了信息发布系统，最后提出构建该平台需要进一步解决的问题。

Research on Establishment of an Integrated Traffic Information Platform of Xi'an City Xi'an Architecture and Science University

Considering the actual traffic conditions of Xi＇an City, this thesis points out the necessity of building up an integrated platform of traffic information and establishes its framework. The platform aims at collecting data information related to traffic and processes the data to common information for policy establishment, traffic management and inquiry from citizens. This thesis places emphasis on data-collecting system and information publishing system. The Data-collecting system is elaborated in terms of traffic information variety, data collecting establishment and arrangement scheme based on the actual conditions of Xi＇an City. The Information publishing system is elaborated in terms of mode and variety of information obtaining, display terminals of information and arrangement scheme based on the actual conditions of Xi＇an City. At last problems that need further solutions to build up the platform are put forward.
