摘    要:通过对国内外同类设备现状的分析研究,结合西堠门大桥缠丝施工的实际条件,设计一种能同时适应S形和圆形钢丝、缠丝和进给匹配准确、张力稳定准确、能适应各种大跨径悬索桥的主缆缠丝机。通过样机测试和西堠门大桥实际缠丝施工,证明该主缆缠丝机缠丝张力稳定、缠丝质量好、缠丝效率高,操作简便、吊装简易。

Abstract:Through analysis and study on domestic and external current situation of similar equipment, combining construction condition of the Xihoumen Bridge, a kind of winding machine adapting to"S"shape and round wire is designed, which winding and feeding match accurately, and the tension is stable and accurate, can adapt to each kind of main cable of large span suspension cable bridge. Through winding machine prototype testing and construction practice in Xihoumen bridge, the results are obtained that winding tension is stable, winding quality is excellent, winding efficient is high, and operation and hoisting are easy.
