摘    要:研究了CDM GDP机场时隙资源的公平分配问题,提出了基于延误成本公平分配的新的协同地面等待优化模型.给出了航班延误成本的计算方法,将其应用于优化模型中目标函数的计算,并利用遗传算法对模型求解.最后,应用国内某机场的实际数据进行仿真验证,并与RBS算法作了比较.仿真结果表明,所提模型不仅能有效地分配GDP期间的有限时隙,使总延误成本比RBS算法降低了18%,而且使得航空公司间的延误损失得以均衡,显著提高了分配的公平性.
