基于DELMIA的白车身焊装线工艺规划与仿真研究

摘    要:运用基于DELMIA的虚拟仿真技术对白车身焊装线进行工艺规划和仿真验证,包括计算主线节拍进而确定工位的数目和功能,按照布局图对工位进行仿真验证,最后输出离线程序。实践证明,该方法能极大地提高生产效率,节约生产成本,避免因前期设计问题而耽误工程进度。

Abstract:The authors do process plan and simulation validation for BIW welding line using the virtual simulation technology based on DELMIA, including calculating the mainline beats to determine the process station's number and function, simulating the process station according to the layout, and outputting the offline program at last. The practice proves that this method can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production costs and avoid the progress delay of the project due to the pre-design problems.
