基于LabVIEW的附着系数数据采集系统设计

摘    要:附着系数是对汽车制动性判据的重要参考数据之一,文中采用LabVIEW软件开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的路面附着系数测试系统。实验表明:该程序可准确的检测出车轮法向力和切向力,实现对附着系数实时变化的显示以及数据的采集和处理,通过界面曲线来显示数据和其变化等信息,能保存测试过程中的所有数据,并设置保存时间等附加功能。

Abstract:The adhesion coefficient is one of the important reference data of vehicle's braking criterion. This paper using the software of LabVIEW developed a road adhesion coefficient test system based on virtual instrument, the results of the experiments showing that this programe can accruatly detected the normal force and tangential force of the wheel, showing the real-time change of the adhesion coefficient, gathering and processing the data, Through the curve interface to display detailed data and other changing information, storing all the testing data into a certain format.and setting the time-saving or other additional functions.
