一款微型货车制动系统的匹配计算

摘    要:目前在进行制动系统设计过程中常常借鉴标杆车的设计,标杆车的整车参数与预研车辆的参数存在一定的不同,容易造成预研车辆制动系统的制动疲软、制动时温度过高、摩擦片磨损加速等情况,而正向设计和匹配校核可以很好的避免这些情况。本文以某轻微载货车为研究对象,介绍了一种正向设计制动系统参数的方法,并进行校核计算,确认制动系统满足设计要求和法规。

Abstract:The benchmark of vehicle was usually employed in development of design of brake system at present,the differences between benchmark vehicle and predevelopment which cause weak of brake,high temperature in braking and accelerate wear of friction discs,whereas these issues could be solved in forward design and check of matching.A method of forward design of brake system which take light truck as study object was present in this article,then calculation of matching were conduct to confirm to satisfy the requirement of design and relevant regulations.
